Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of India Public Data Hub ("the Service"), operated by Adritha Kuteera Pyramid Meditation Centre (R). By using the Service or buying a plan you agree to them.

The Service

The Service collects and organises information from public sources such as government procurement portals and scheme websites. We check information before publishing it, but sources change and errors can occur. Always confirm details on the official source before bidding, applying or making decisions. The Service is provided for information only and is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans (Pro, Business) are one-time payments for a fixed period: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). They do not renew automatically.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The price shown on the pricing page is the full amount charged.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Access is tied to the email address you pay with. Buying again before expiry adds the new period to your current one.

Acceptable use

• Don't resell, bulk-copy or scrape the Service, or share paid access outside your organisation.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or bypass the Service's security.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
